Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months at the Jeju District Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 27, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on November 25, 2019, destroyed the glass part of the open windows (one-name crowdfunding) installed at the same place in front of the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, thereby damaging a restaurant window owned by the victim so that the repair cost amount of KRW 90,000.

2. On November 25, 2019, around 23:00 on November 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened windows in front of the “D” restaurant operated by the said victim C; and (b) entered a restaurant and intrudes the structure of the victim’s management.

3. On November 25, 2019, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender, such as the crime of property damage, etc., in relation to the destruction of the windows of the said “D” restaurant in front of the said “D” restaurant and the intrusion upon the restaurant by entering the restaurant after receiving a 112 report stating that “I have come to the restaurant as soon as possible. I have called it soon.”

On the same day, the Defendant, within the patrol vehicle parked in the parking lot in front of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station Estation in Gangnam-gu Police Station, expressed the above police officer’s desire to be called as the “sponse frane” and called the “sponse frane”, and made the above police officer enter the police station once.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the handling of the 112 reported case by police officers, protection of people's lives, bodies, and property, prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes, arrest of flagrant offenders, etc.
