The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is a person who served as a five-year-old sports teacher at a D kindergarten located in Daejeon Sung-gu Daejeon District Court from April 25, 2016 to November 12, 2016.
A. From October 14, 201, around 14:01 on October 31, 201, the Defendant: (a) set up a friendly-gu and the victim with the Defendant on the ground that the victim E (3:3) was in her toys; (b) the victim was in her toys; (c) the victim took her part of clothes to the part of her toys; (d) the victim’s body was tightly boomed; (e) the victim’s body was tightly boomed to the extent that the body of her to her part of clothes; (e) the victim’s left face was her hand; and (e) the victim’s body was frighted to the extent that the body of her to the extent that her body was left, making it difficult for the victim to take part of her body to her part of clothes; and (e) made it difficult for the victim to grow.
(2) On November 2, 2016, at around 12:15, the Defendant: (a) from around 12:34 to around 12:34, the Defendant: (b) 13:04, when she saw the victim to sit in a place far away from her natives; and (c) she saw the victim to sit in the same table as the victim; (d) when she did not want to do so, she was boomed on around 13:04, and she was fright after her booming the victim on the Defendant’s job; and (e) around 13:08, when she was frighted, she was frighted to have the victim fright at several times, and she was frighted to have the victim fright up until around 13:12 in that situation she was frighted.
(3) On November 4, 2016, from around 13:16 to 13:21, the Defendant saw the victim to undergo a food board inspection while leaving food, and raised the victim to the Defendant with a grogeneous bringing the victim to the Defendant, and the victim frighted to drinking breath, with a view to suppressing the victim’s remaining breath, while the victim was unable to properly grow for about five minutes.
B. (1) The Defendant committed a crime against the victim F (n, 3 years of age) at the above place and the food board inspection from November 2, 2016 to 13:24.
