A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

G The name of ownership transfer registration was trusted with respect to 453 square meters in G.

D On July 1, 2006, in order to complete the registration of ownership transfer for each of the above lands in H, the name, resident registration number, and address of H is indicated in the buyer column, and in the seller column, the seller column has obtained the seal of A in the real estate sales contract stating the resident registration number and address of A, and delegated A with the authority to dispose of each of the above lands by obtaining the seal of A, and then included the name of A and its agent in the seller column of the above sales contract.

As above, although the Defendant affixed a seal to the above sales contract and granted D all the authority, including the authority of the Defendant to act on behalf of the Defendant with respect to the disposal of each of the above land, the Defendant filed a complaint with the Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office on January 25, 2010 to the effect that “D prepares the above sales contract with the intent of obtaining criminal punishment against D as a representative of the Defendant, and exercised it.”

B. As a result of the investigation following the accusation mentioned in the above paragraph (a) above, D was prosecuted for committing a crime, such as preparing a qualification and personal document by the Gwangju District Court 2010 Godan2311, and was subject to criminal trial. On October 15, 2010, the Defendant appeared as a witness on the second day of the above case and taken an oath on October 15, 2010, and stated that D would sell each of the above lands owned by A by telephone for the purpose of undermining D’s mother.

D There is no consent that all land I will be loaned by Bosung Forestry Cooperatives as security.

D said that each of the above lands owned by the witness is in the vicinity of the D-owned land, so it would be sold together.

If a couple has a good opportunity to receive money from D, the couple will be able to purchase.
