A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) assaulted D and E from “C” heading “C” heading “C” heading around 23:30, and (b) boardedd D and E with the police officer, and was assigned to a police box.

On March 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) carried his hand in front of the Bapo Police Station G patrol box located in F at F on March 7, 2017; (b) carried his hand in front of the patrol box; (c) carried his hand with his driver’s seat; and (d) sealed and shaking the H’s title of the police box affiliated with the above patrol box, which is going out to drive outside his hand with his seat; and (d) “I have left the patrol box;

C. The sound was assaulted, such as a friend friend.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of report 112 by police officers.

The crime of this case was committed by the defendant by assaulting a police officer driving at the patrol and obstructing the legitimate performance of official duties, and the nature of the crime is bad, and the punishment is determined as per the disposition of the court.
