A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22:48, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the bus stops in front of the U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., the Defendant: (b) threatening C, an urban bus article by drinking alcohol at the bus stops; and (c) was dispatched after receiving the report of 112 of the above C; and (d) despite the police officers’ solicitation of returning home, it is likely that the Defendant would cause harm to himself or other people’s life, body, or property under the influence of alcohol, by:

On March 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) carried the Defendant’s left retail on the back side of the police box, stating that “I will see that I will not go beyond the slope F belonging to the said police box; (b) I saw I would like to see, in hand, I would like to see I would like to see I would like to see I would like to see I would like to see I would like to see I would like to see I would like to the left side.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate duties of police officers concerning the protection of the lives, bodies and properties of the people.
