1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 as well as 15% per annum from July 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On March 19, 2013, the Defendant issued to the Plaintiff a promissory note with the face value of KRW 70,000,000 at face value, and the due date of April 30, 2013, the payee, the Plaintiff, the place of payment, and the place of publication at the government of the place of issue.
Although the Plaintiff proposed the payment of the said Promissory Notes on the date of payment, the payment was refused.
