Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving B cars.
On June 9, 2018, the Defendant driven the above-mentioned vehicle around 10:00, and changed the vehicle line to the Utonal lane while driving along the eight-lane road of 644 U.S. as in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
