A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a cafeteria in the neighboring commercial building in Namyang-si, Yangyang-si, and D is a person who operates a cafeteria in the same commercial building and the victim E (the victim E) is a husband of D.

At around 06:30 on May 13, 2013, the Defendant entering the residence was in the residence of the victim E of the C Apartment 303 Do-201, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, with intent to report the fact that he/she was in D, to the police, and to resist the fact that he/she was not in receipt of his/her own negligence, and opened an entrance without correction after holding the said apartment entrance door in hand and by drawing up it, and intrudes into the victim’s residence.
