B. The Defendant at the time and place specified in Paragraph (1)(a) above, and at the same time and place, delivered one copy of the application for membership of a credit card in the name of theD, which was forged, to the Cbank employee who is not aware of the forgery.

C. The unlawful uttering of official document was carried out by the Defendant on the date and time and place indicated in Paragraph (1)(a) of the above Article, who was requested to produce an identification card from a Cbank employee on his name in the place, and by presenting D’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeongnam Police Agency, a document held by the Defendant, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’

2. Crimes committed on February 23, 2018;

A. On February 23, 2018, the Defendant forged private document: (a) indicated “D” in the name column of the report on the credit (physical card) card kept at the seat of the C Bank Dong Office located in Jinju-si B using a tamper, and signed D’s signature in the subsequent signature column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of credit card No. D, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph (2)(a) above, and at the same time and place, one copy of the application for a credit card under the name of D forged as above is known to the Defendant.
