Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The 2012 Highest 1291 and the 2012 Highest 1550 combined criminal facts were organized.
Defendants and E, when they request Defendant B to take cash delivery with a credit card in the entertainment business operated by Defendant C, Defendant B, who had a credit card as its place water, was able to bring the credit card to Defendant A and E, and Defendant A and E are willing to make a reproduction card using the card reproduction type, which is the card reproduction type device prepared in advance, and withdraw and distribute cash with the reproduction card using the card reproduction type.
1. Defendants and E were forged in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) from April 14, 201 to April 15, 2011.
