1. Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 236,00,000 and KRW 170,000 among them, Defendant B shall be jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff on November 5, 2014.

Description of Claim

A. On January 12, 2011, the Plaintiff (former name: E) and the Defendants drafted a notarial deed on money loan agreement with a notary public stating that “130,000,000 won shall be fixed and lent to Defendant B on August 28, 2011 at the due date. Defendant B shall pay to the Plaintiff interest of 20% per annum from August 28, 201 to the due date, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from August 28, 201 to the due date. Defendant C and D shall be jointly and severally guaranteed within the limit of 169,00,000,00 won per annum.” Based on the notarial deed, the agreement on money loan agreement with a notary public stating that “the principal shall be KRW 130,00,000,000,000,000 per annum for 10,000,000 won per annum for 10,000 won per year.

B. On January 12, 201, the Plaintiff and the Defendants: (a) a notary public lent KRW 90,000,000 to Defendant B, the Plaintiff and the Defendants agreed to pay each of the Plaintiff KRW 20,000 on February 28, 2011; and (b) a notary public paid each of the Plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 on August 28, 201; (c) a delay in payment is paid at the rate of KRW 20% per annum; and (d) Defendant C and D agreed to provide joint and several surety within the limit of KRW 117,00,000,00 per annum; and (d) a notary public’s “notarial deed notarial deeds notarial deeds notarial deeds notarial to a monetary loan agreement notarial to provide joint and several surety.”
