A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 15, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 21:11, driving at a 2km section of 2km from the front day of Yangju-si BFwork to the front day of the same Sin-ri Yan-ri Kando Research Institute.
