A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine for 600,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 18, 2014, from around 21:10 to around 21:25, the Defendant: (a) brought the said earth while under the influence of alcohol at the D District Zone of the Ulsannam Police Station D District in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan District without any justifiable reason; (b) stated that “I see that I will put the Defendant’s head into the said earth while working there, E, slope F, and patrolman,” and that “I see if I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am.” while drunking the Defendant’s head at the said earth for about 15 minutes in the manner of getting off the said earth’s entrance and the civil petition reception room.

2. On July 4, 2014, around 06:20, the Defendant: (a) expressed to the Ulsannam Police Station and the office located in Ulsannam Police Station and the office located in Ulsannam Police Station and the office, that had been serving as a criminal prosecution party; (b) “In any criminal case where he/she had been in charge of the chrone, he/she has been living in the detention center and had been serving a fine of KRW 5 million due to the obstruction of performance of official duties; and (c) in any case where the police officer recommended the Defendant to return to the Republic of Korea, he/she refused to return to the Republic of Korea; and (d) thereafter, he/she was able to leave the entrance of the present police station in the direction of the police station by 10 minutes.

The Defendant continued to take a bath without returning home in front of the entrance of the above police station, and solicited the saidJ to return home again, and threatened him as if he were to see, “I see that I am, young son, I see that I am, I am, and am, that I am, I am see, and am, that I am, I am see, and that I am am, I am am am, and that I am am son am son am, and that I am am son am son son.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.
