The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant, as the representative of D Co., Ltd. in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, is an employer who runs a construction business with seven regular workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, retirement allowances, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the defendant works in the above workplace from February 2, 2015 to May 15, 2019.

The retirement E’s total wage of KRW 77,000,880 and retirement allowance of KRW 17,032,775, including the remaining wage of KRW 3,065,40 in October 2017, did not pay KRW 107,220,230 in total and KRW 25,453,860 in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on extension between the parties.

The Defendant is the representative of D Co., Ltd. in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, who runs a construction business with ten regular workers.

Wages shall be paid in full directly to workers in currency.

Provided, That if there are special provisions in Acts and subordinate statutes or a collective agreement, part of wages may be deducted or paid by means other than currency.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) the wage of KRW 26,50 in August 1, 2018; (b) the wage of KRW 1,601,120 in September 2018; (c) the wage of KRW 1,746,120 in October 2018; (d) the wage of KRW 1,746,120 in November 1, 2018; (c) the wage of KRW 1,746,120 in December 2018; and (d) the wage of KRW 2,045,250 in January 1, 2019; and (e) the wage of KRW 2,09,880 in February 1, 2019; and (e) the wage of KRW 1,746,120 in March 2, 208; and (e) the wage of KRW 30 in March 2, 209, 2095;
