1. The Defendant’s reason is that the Plaintiff agreed on January 26, 2016 regarding the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant were legal couple, but they were divorced around August 2014.

The defendant registered the motor vehicle in the separate sheet in the name of the plaintiff before the divorce and used the motor vehicle continuously without transferring the name of ownership in the future after the divorce.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to accept the transfer registration procedure from the plaintiff on the ground of the transfer agreement on the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case.
