Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Marine shall be accredited to the Mayor/Do Governor from among visually impaired persons, and shall not be massage for profit without being accredited as a Marine.

Defendant was not accredited as a massage.

On May 10, 2013, around 18:00, the Defendant installed ten rooms at the sports marina site operated by the Defendant in the B-4th of the Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, and was engaged in a male-only sports marina business, and was engaged in a male-only sports marina business by taking 70,000 won to customers D and taking charge of it as his/her hand.
