A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 14:00 on March 3, 2009, the Defendant discovered and stolen 1,000,000 U.S. DNA 207, located in Busan Eastdong-gu, the victim’s name non-owned market price under the victim’s supervision E, which was the victim’s name and non-owned market price of 1,00,000 won.

2. The Defendant violated the Employment Security Act, without registering with the head of Si/Gun/Gu from April 2009 to May 13, 2009, opened a report box under the trade name of “G” without a certain office in the FF region of Busan Dong-gu from April 2009 to opening the domestic fee-charging job placement service by means of arranging about 40 main points including K main points in Busan Dong-gu and receiving 5,000 won per hour from female employees at the introduction cost.

3. On April 2009, the Defendant violated the Juvenile Protection Act (hereinafter “Juvenile Protection Act”) reported the job offer advertisement of the Internet “Acheon Country” online at the Flcheon-gu, Busan, the Defendant introduced 5,000 won per hour from L (the title “M, M, 17 years of age) who was a juvenile, and introduced the above L to music rooms located N in Busan, Busan, and Ping rooms located in Pinging F, etc. in Busan, thereby inducing the said L to provide entertainment to customers by drinking alcoholic beverages together with customers, singing, dancing, etc., for profit.
