A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving BMW car;

On June 10, 2019, at around 07:20 on June 10, 2019, the Defendant driving the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.148% with the roads in front of the Sinnam-si, Sungnam-si, and continued the said car into the view of the Sinung-si distance from the lag-si.

In such a case, there was a duty of care to operate a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle by properly manipulating the operation and steering gear while living well on the front side and the left side of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so, and negligently failed to properly operate the steering direction and operation system at the front of the Defendant, and caused the back part of the 1st passenger vehicle driven by the victim D (the age of 37) who was driven by the Defendant, to the front part of the passenger vehicle of the Defendant. The lower part of the G freight driven by the victim F (the age of 31) who was driven by the signal signal from the left side to the front part of the passenger vehicle of the Defendant was shocked by the front part of the passenger vehicle of the Defendant, and the lower part of the 1st passenger vehicle driven by the victim H (the age of 49) while driving by the victim H (the age of 49).

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victims, such as salt dump, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. On the same date as paragraph 1 of this Article, the Defendant driven BMW car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.148% from the influence road located in the subdivision district in Sungnam-si to the place referred to in paragraph 1.
