1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 143,697,787 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from October 1, 201 to November 30, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ relevant Defendant Incorporated Foundation B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a legal entity that operates the D Hospital in Jung-gu, Daegu (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); Defendant C is the head of the Defendant Hospital’s hospital who provides medical treatment and surgery for the Plaintiff as follows:

B. The Plaintiff’s internal members of the Defendant Hospital and the instant surgery 1) had been hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on February 201, 201, and the Plaintiff was receiving medical treatment by finding out another hospital due to knee-knee-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-fe-g

(2) On September 30, 201, after four (4) days thereafter, Defendant C carried out the instant surgery (HTO) to the Plaintiff on September 30, 201, where knenee knee fele fele fele fele fele fele (hereinafter “instant surgery”); and the Plaintiff was hospitalized and discharged on October 14, 201 when receiving hospitalized treatment.

C. 1) After the discharge, the Plaintiff continued to provide medical treatment on the part of the Defendant hospital, Nonparty E, F Korean Council members, G Hospital, G Hospital, and H Hospital, but the Plaintiff was not alleviated with pain. 2) On July 2, 2012, the Plaintiff was diagnosed on the part of the left-hand ske lines at Non-Party Gyeong National University Hospital and the Gangwonbuk Cultural Hospital as a single feasia on July 4, 2012.

On July 6, 2012, the Plaintiff, who was in the Republic of Korea on July 6, 2012, fell on the left-hand side of the record after the surgery, at the Non-Party J Hospital, with severe knee and knenee below, after the surgery.
