1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiffs, among KRW 902,900 and KRW 334m2,00,000 from January 1, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. ① On August 21, 1987, Nonparty H completed the registration of ownership transfer on each land of 1815 square meters in I Miscellaneous land, E miscellaneous land, 334 square meters in G forest land, and 163 square meters in G forest land. On February 23, 1990, Nonparty H completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of 6/17 shares out of F forest land on November 25, 1993.

B. Around May 1993, Nonparty 1 newly built three buildings on the lands above I, E, G, and F, and completed registration of the preservation of ownership on June 4, 1993, Nonparty 1 removed two buildings around October 4, 1993, and extended around January 2006, and one building left in the same form as indicated in the annexed Form 1 drawings.

(2) After November 1, 2007, Non-party M, Non-party P on January 22, 2009, and Non-party Q on August 4, 2009, the ownership transfer registration was completed in sequence with the Defendants on December 7, 201, respectively.
