1. Larceny;

A. On June 18, 2015, around 22:35, the Defendant: (a) stolen the freight cars owned by the victim D, which were parked on the road in front of the “C cafeteria” in the Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun; and (b) stolen the freight cars owned by the victim D by 30 L via the market price equivalent to KRW 40,000.

B. On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the warehouse of “F” located in Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun; (b) and (c) took 20 L of the market price of the victim G owned by the Defendant, which was 10,000 won.

On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by using 20L, which was in the oil tank of the 5 tons freight truck owned by the victim G, and was in the 26,000 tons of the market price at around 26,00, which was parked in the Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun.

On July 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by using 20L, which was in the oil tank of J5 ton of the victim G owned by the Defendant Company G, using 26,000 won at the market price, which was in the parked vehicle of J5 ton of the oil tank.

E. On July 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen 20 L, which was parked on the roads of “K,” located in the Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun; (b) obtained 26,000 L, which was the market price of the parked L, which is equivalent to KRW 26,00,000, in the oil tank for the parked L.

F. The Defendant: (a) stolen 20 L, using Ba, at the time, at the time, location, and place described in the foregoing paragraph; (b) the market value of 15 tons of ready-mixed cargo tanks owned by the Defendant N; (c) 26,000 tons of the parked victim’s oil tanks.
