Punishment of the crime
[2] On May 17, 2004, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at the Seoul Western District Court, which was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at the Incheon Southern District Court on June 8, 2004, which was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 6, 201, which was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,00,000, and a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the support for the development of the Suwon District Court on May 9, 2012. On September 16, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 6 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 16, 2016.

[2017 Highest 2506] Around 17:30 on April 26, 2017, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle without a driver’s license in approximately 60km section from the road near the site of the construction in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-do to the road near the Dongwon Tax Zone in Youngwon Tax Zone at approximately 18:20 on the same day to the Dongwon Tax Zone, and thereafter, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle from around 22:10 meters away from the road near the Suwon Tax Zone in the Youngwon Tax Zone to the long distance in the common road in the common road in the Youngwon-gu, Youngwon Tax Zone at approximately 400 meters.
