Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in the operation of B rocketing private taxi vehicles owned by the Defendant.

On June 19, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 00:21, and proceeded with the crosswalk in the direction of the inside of the inside of the mountain.

As above, drivers who intend to drive a crosswalk on which signal lights are installed have a duty of care to ensure the safe operation of the crosswalk by checking accurately the signal signals of the front door and by checking whether there are pedestrians walking the crosswalk.
