Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2014, the Defendant puts the phrase “PC sets 150,00 LV 3D 3D 2342, and this body kidseis 150,000 won all of these parts into “SD 150,000 SD 10,000,” and sent money to the victim C who had contacted with this, the Defendant sold the said computer.

However, the defendant did not intend to send SDR cards among the above PC sets to the victim.

The Defendant received KRW 180,00 from the damaged party’s account in the name of the Defendant.
