A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and a fine not exceeding 600,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:00 on September 6, 2018, the Defendant abused the victim’s stroke by drinking alcohol together with the victim C (48 years old) at the first place, whether he had no mother, and her francing the fat of the victim’s fat, “fating fat in fat,” and assaulting the victim’s fat.

2. In the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a car owned by the victim E in a manner of unloading the front and rear glass of the foregoing D car operated by the said C with one sidewalk block (15cm in length) and one tamp, which is a dangerous object that the Defendant had escaped from, and was parked around, the said C, by avoiding the Defendant; and (b) destroyed a car owned by the victim E with a repair cost of KRW 3,789,014 in a manner of unloading the front and rear glass of the said D car.

3. On September 6, 2018, at the same place as around 14:22, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties. On September 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was asked by G, a police officer affiliated with the police station of the Changwon Police Station of the Changwon Police Station, who was dispatched after having received a report on paragraph (2) 112, about the personal matters, case circumstances, etc. from G, who was asked to ask questions about the police officer in charge of the police station of the Changwon Police Station of the Changwon Police Station of the Republic of Korea; (b) “I am out of his name, and I am out of his house; and (c) I am out of his house, who was the police officer affiliated with the same police box, and thereby interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to criminal investigation.

4. On September 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 14:40 on September 6, 2018, the Defendant, while drunkly breathing at a police box of the police box of the Changwon-gu Police Station F of the Changwon-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si; (b) while drinking the police officers working at the place for about 30 minutes of drinking, spiting, spiting, etc., and led them to a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior at the public office.
