Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act and the accused are engaged in driving cargo B;
On April 15, 2014, at around 07:35, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol of 0.198%, and driven the three-lane road adjacent to D in Pyeongtaek-si C, along one-lane from the transmission on the right side, along the two-lane road.

As a result, the Defendant is able to drive normally due to influence of drinking such as a taging and a large distance, and the victim E by negligence in the above occupational negligence, such as a scambling of a scke for about two weeks, etc., and the victim M& (35 years old) who is a passenger of the above K7 vehicle, requires approximately five weeks of medical treatment, and the victim H suffered injury such as a scambing scke for about two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, the repair cost, such as an exchange of scambling to the victim F, is 11,059,3540,000 won.
