Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall make a false indication of the place of origin, or make a false indication that may cause confusion therewith, while keeping and displaying fishery products for the purpose of selling them.

Nevertheless, on February 13, 2014, the Defendant purchased 10km (120,000 won) from the Gangnam-gu, Busan Metropolitan City Council, which is located in the Nam-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and marked the country of origin as “China” when keeping it in the Darsium located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, for sale.
