Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a fishery product sales store under the trade name of “C” in Busan Young-gu B.

No person who stores or displays fishery products for the purpose of sale shall make a false indication of origin.

Nevertheless, on February 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased 5km (45,000 won) from E located in Suwon-gu, Busan in order to sell and store the country of origin in Cratium and falsely marked the country of origin in Korea.
