1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is the same as the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, except that “each description of evidence Nos. 2 and 3 and the purport of the entire pleadings” in Part 7 of the judgment of the court of first instance, “each description of evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including paper numbers), and all purport of the pleadings as to the fact inquiry results with respect to the head of Seoul Yangyang Police Station of the court of first instance,” and thus, it is acceptable as it is in accordance with the main sentence

(However, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant should be dismissed as it is reasonable. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
