1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant Jinjin Co., Ltd.: KRW 879,92,383 and KRW 101,00,000 among them, May 29, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a party-based apartment located in 52-12 as the price for the face-to-face area in the voice group in Chungcheongbuk-gun (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) In order to manage five households, 407 households, and ancillary facilities, Defendant Jin-jin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Jin-jin”) is a project proprietor who constructed and sold the instant apartment, and the Defendant Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation pursuant to Article 4 of the Addenda to the Housing and Urban Fund Act changed its name to the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation; hereinafter “Defendant Guarantee Corporation”) entered into a contract for the warranty of the instant apartment for Defendant Jin-jin, and the Intervenor, the Do Housing & Urban Design Co.,, Ltd. (hereinafter “Assistant”) was a company which was contracted out of the construction of the instant apartment from Defendant Jin-jin for the construction of the instant apartment.

B. 1) The conclusion and approval of the contract for the repair of defects and the conclusion of the approval for the use thereof are as follows: (a) The defendant two places the guarantee creditor with the defendant's guarantee contractor as the audio storage unit; and (b) each contract for the repair of defects (hereinafter collectively referred to as "each contract for the repair of defects")

Upon conclusion of each contract of this case, Defendant Guarantee Corporation issued each guarantee of 2.25 / [Attachment 1] No. 0671201-201-002501, 135,021,048 / 20671201-201, 3337,52, 6205. 205. 206. 205. 206. 205. 205. 205. 206. 205. 205. 205. 205. 205. 205. 205. 205. 205. 205. 205. 306. 206. 205. 205. 205. 205. 201- 201- 201, 2013
