1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 61,348,405 and KRW 44,745,490 among them.

1.The following facts of recognition may be found either in dispute between the parties or in each entry (including additional numbers) in Gap evidence 1 to 5, by integrating the purpose of the entire pleadings:

On August 11, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a commodity supply contract with the Defendants on the following terms:

(hereinafter referred to as “instant goods supply contract”). A. B(2) representative director C. D(3) representative director D(1) F(2) representative E company F(A) and “B” are to conclude a contract as follows in supplying “B” the white vinyl, etc. of “A” to “B”. 1. The goods down payment of KRW 50,000,000 (daily KRW 50,000,000) is made in advance, and the goods payment shall be paid each time the goods are released. 2. The down payment of the down payment is to be returned on November 11, 2014 after three months and November 201. (In the event that the down payment of the down payment is not possible, the down payment shall be paid in advance every month by the 30% legal interest per annum.

A person shall be appointed.

3. Quality of the supplied goods: The goods shall be the same as their initial quantity.

(b) Quantity of goods: at least 200 tons per month of vinyl, and the other goods shall be supplied preferentially at the request of “B”.

(1) If the full-time Party A is unable to supply goods to 200 tons per month, the full-time interest at least 5% of the total amount of the unpaid goods shall be paid immediately after the settlement of accounts on the 10th day of each month).

5. Amount of goods: 580 won per kg, and when a price fluctuation occurs, mutual consultation and coordination shall be made;

6. The period of supply of goods shall begin on August 11, 2014 to end on November 11, 201, and the subsequent supply contract shall run after a separate consultation.

7.A cannot supply all other articles except for B, and if B refuses to accept them, A may sell them to another place.

B. On August 11, 2014, the Plaintiff paid 50,000,000 won as down payment to Defendant B Co., Ltd. on the basis of the instant goods supply contract. The Plaintiff paid 1,896,830 won on the 15th of the same month, 10,000,000 won on the 29th of the same month, and 11,450,000 won on September 2, 2014, and the same month.

6. 14,00,000 won was remitted for each commodity price or advance payment.
