Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2013, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven a B observer car with a blood alcohol content of 0.178%, and at the same time driven approximately 2 km from the roads front of the Yong-dong counterpart bus terminal in the south-gu, the Nam-gu, the other side of the bus terminal at the port.
