If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On January 18, 2014, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo vehicles with a distance of approximately one kilometer from approximately 0.104% alcohol concentration to the roads front of the new 2 security center located in the same Dong on the roads front of the new 2nd-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu.
