A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 25, 2015, the Defendant, at around 01:45, driven a motor vehicle with the highest rate of 0.142% alcohol content, from around the mutual influence house in the U.S.-dong in the U.S.-si of Won-si to the front day of the U.S.-si B apartment.
