A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 22:55 on August 25, 2015, the Defendant driving a vehicle with approximately KRW 2.5 km while under the influence of alcohol content 0.240% in blood alcohol content, from “Korean Official Age” in the original city level to “Tcheon Society” in the original city level from “Korea Official Age” in the original city level.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (AD) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving motor vehicles Benz C200K.
