Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of Bchip car.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or endanger other persons or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing a traffic offense, such as a violation of prohibition of change of course, etc., or by continuously or repeatedly committing one act.

Nevertheless, at around 10:26 on April 30, 2017, the Defendant repeatedly committed traffic offenses, such as violation of speed, violation of prohibition of career change, violation of overtaking method, etc., and repeated driving, such as causing danger to traffic, at the 337km point in order to cut down the coast of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-do, Incheon, from 10:36m point of the 10:36m order to cut down the coast of the west-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Seodong-gu, Incheon, to the front front of the right to pay back for the Incheon direction.
