Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a holder of a multi-registered motorcycle 125cc.

1. On September 11, 2019, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle at approximately 35 kilometers from the plaza of 73-71, as in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul, to the front road of the water datum of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, without obtaining a motorcycle around 11:20 on September 5, 2019.

2. No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. who has violated the Road Traffic Act shall threaten or endanger other persons, or cause any danger to traffic, by consecutively committing two or more acts from among the acts of violation of signal or instruction, maintenance of safe distance, violation of prohibition of change of course, violation of prohibition of rapid restraint, overtaking method, violation of prohibition of interference with overtaking, etc., or by continuing or repeatedly committing one act;

Nevertheless, at around 1:20 on September 5, 2019, the Defendant continued to engage in approximately 5 kilometers from the front road of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front road of the same Gu B, 3 times in violation of signal or instruction, 2 times in violation of prohibition of change of course, and one time in violation of prohibition of crossing, thereby causing danger to traffic to many and unspecified persons.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above motorcycle which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in Paragraph 1.
