1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 13, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The Plaintiff’s ground for partial dismissal is that the Plaintiff filed a claim for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from March 28, 2018, which is the date of filing a lawsuit. However, there is no assertion that the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on the interest rate of 24% per annum with respect to the instant loans. Therefore, the Plaintiff is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc.
