Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the second floor of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, employs D and E, which are women of sexual traffic, under the condition that they pay 2-30,000 won per customer, out of 4-50,000 won per customer, and operates a sexual traffic business establishment of F.

From October 28, 2014 to October 30, 01:35 of the same month, the Defendant received the price of 4-50,000 won from male customers and provided guidance to the smuggling room in the business establishment, and let D or E, which is a sexual traffic woman, escape from his name or portrait, and let D or E, who is a sexual traffic woman, 15 minutes of his sexual organ and her hand conduct similarity in a way that helps see the customer's sexual organ with 15 minutes of his sexual organ.

Accordingly, the defendant has arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
