Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around November 2012, the Defendant was introduced with the victim D (L, 44 years old) and conspiredd with the victim on the premise of marriage. On August 3, 2013, the Defendant received separate notice from the victim on the ground of property issues and the opposition of family members, etc.
