A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on August 18, 2016 at the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek District Court’s House for special larceny, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 18, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On March 2016, the Defendant: (a) reached the rest room in the manager of the five-story building at the hospital located in Pyeongtaek-si C around 22:00 to 23:00; (b) opened a corrected entrance; and (c) opened the entrance; and (d) opened the wall with one meras equivalent to 300,000 won at the victim D’s market price, which was suffering from the wall.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by people at night, and stolen the victim's property.

B. On March 28, 2016, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) opened and opened an unsatisfyed window in front of the third floor of the main department of the Gyeonggi Sports High School, which was located in Pyeongtaek-si; (b) opened and opened the opening; and (c) held one store in an amount equivalent to KRW 1120,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim E, and one store in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,000 in the market price owned by the victim E, and one store in an amount equivalent to KRW 4,00,00 in the market price owned by the victim F.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by people at night, and stolen the victims' property.

On April 6, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected, and entered inside the door to the first floor after the Gyeonggi Sports High School, which was located in the above B B, and came to have a mountain equivalent to KRW 5,000, the market price of the victim G owned in that door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure managed by people at night, and stolen the victim's property.

On April 7, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant opened a 1st floor after the Gyeonggi Sports High School as set forth in the above B B B, and entered inside the 1st floor, and cut off the 10,000 won and 8,000 won of the market price of the victim G owned by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant is a person at night.
