A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 19, 2008, the Defendant forged an official document in the name of the Echeon-si, “C” office in the name of the Echeon-si, “C” office in the name of Echeon-si, and forged the official document in the name of this market for the purpose of using the document more than 34 times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, with the name of E, resident registration number column, E, and the paper stating “D” in the name of E, the resident registration number column, and the seat column of the main office.
