Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From August 31, 2009 to April 13, 2012, Defendant A engaged in the establishment and execution of school budget while serving as a new police officer affiliated with the National Police Agency and as a head of the Central Police School, a former educational institution, and Defendant B’s representative director who supplied various materials to the Central Police School.
2. Criminal facts against Defendant A
A. (1) From around 208, the Central Police School, from around 2008 to around 16, has carried out a project to remodel 6 of the daily living rooms, a student, in two consecutive units each year, from the intrusion structure of 16 existing 16, in one room structure. As a measure to reduce the capacity to carry out the project, the National Police School applied for a new budget to newly build the first living room (4, 120,000 won) around the end of 209 and started the project after being allocated a budget of KRW 1.12 billion around 200,000. Around June 15, 2010, an increase in future education number of new police officers, such as the period of education for new police officers, which had been 6 months past, is extended to one year.
