A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person belonging to the Chungcheong viewing C and serving as a social work personnel member.

Social work personnel shall leave their service or perform their duties in the relevant field for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, on July 4, 2014, the Defendant was absent from work without any justifiable reason for a total of 10 days (excluding holidays) by the 17th day of the same month, such as absence from work without justifiable grounds.
