1. Determination on the main claim

A. The Plaintiff and the designated parties, who are the Plaintiff’s alleged taxi drivers, were employed by the Defendant and did not receive wages equivalent to the “amount of overdue wages claimed” under the same Table in the wage corresponding to the “period of work” under the table 1 below while working for the Defendant. However, the Plaintiff was paid 1,694,51 won, 1,490,327 won, 1,598,407 won, and 1,598,407 won for the designated parties E with the period of refusal of dispatch and suspension of work from the Defendant (the receipt of deposit money), and the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff and the designated parties with wage equivalent to the amount of claim under the same table (the amount obtained by subtracting the above money received from the overdue wages) and damages for delay.
