A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 10, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years by the Seoul High Court to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on January 27, 2012, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on January 27, 2012. A. On March 19, 201, at around 19:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Housing 305, opened an Internet hosting site “D,” opened a hosting room, which is a minor run by himself/herself, and colored E as the other party to the purchase of sex, and assisted F (14 years old) to receive KRW 80,000 from the Hone Star Cork Ro that was parked in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and arrange for the purchase of sex with E.
B. Around March 2011, the Defendant colored I as the other party to sexual purchase in the same manner as the Defendant’s house, and had F receive KRW 100,000 from the Jn of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and arranged for the purchase of sex by having I and I to sexual intercourse with the Defendant.
C. On March 1, 2011, at the Defendant’s home, the Defendant colored K as a sex purchaser in the same manner as the Defendant’s house, and had K receive KRW 100,000 from K’s 1 ton cargo vehicle parked in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City L Parking Lot and arranged the Defendant to purchase the sex of juveniles by having K teach.
At around 03:00 on March 201, 201, the Defendant colored K in the same manner as the Defendant’s house at the Defendant’s house, and had F receive KRW 70,00 from the above cargo vehicle parked at the entrance of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City N apartment and mediated K to purchase the sex of juveniles.
E. On March 19, 201, the Defendant purchased O in the same manner from the Defendant’s home at around 22:00.
