A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of four million won.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 332] On May 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:56, at the event held in front of the office of “C” located in Ansan-si, B; (b) D wood companies called “F”; (c) “I”, “I”, and “I”, whose name is the name within H school members”; and (d) did not have any sexual assault with the Defendant; and (c) even though L knew of these contents, it did not have any talk to the Defendant, it was known that “D wood companies were sexual assaulted by not only the victims of the H church but also their family members; and (d) they were aware of this fact; and (e) L companies were all aware of this fact; (d) D wood companies publicly damaged the fact that “I” and Q 4, as stated in the facts charged, was damaged to the extent that there is no concern that the Defendant’s exercise of the right to defense, which is a recipient of D wood companies, and made it known to Q 1, “D 14, a victim.”.

1. At around 10:50 on March 5, 2017, the Defendant entering a building, the victim of the said church, who was the manager of the said church and the victim D, who was a member of the said church, committed sexual assault against the victim’s will in order to claim that he/she had sexual assault against the female believers of the said church even though he/she was prohibited from entering the said church.

2. The Defendant infringed on the above church worship at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (1) above. Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the victim P, who is the father of the above church, and the victim P, who was prevented from entering the said church, several times, such as the part of the victim P, and assaulted the victim's part of the above victim's title once with his hand.
