Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are siblings.
1. Defendant B, around March 12, 2018, on the front side of the “D” restaurant located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju, on the charge of obstructing the performance of official duties, etc., was arrested as a flagrant offender and was on board the back seat of the patrol vehicle.

At around 21:31 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on suspicion of interference, etc. with the performance of official duties, such as the entry in the preceding paragraph, and was on board the back seat of the H patrol vehicle; (b) damaged public water used by public offices to remove the back seat glass by walking the back seat glass from several times due to the fact of arrest and walking the back seat, thereby damaging the public water used by the public offices in an amount of 116,800 won.
