Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2008, the Defendant received, from the Gwangju District Court, a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on June 7, 2012, a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act was respectively notified by the same court.

On April 15, 2015, at around 02:53, the Defendant driven a B Sti-type car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.140% from the 1km section to the studio village located in the same Gu-nam-dong, Sinnam-dong.
