Punishment of the crime

1. On December 1, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act ordering the victim to pay the amount equivalent to KRW 29,000 to the victim at the D main points operated by the Victim C (M, 45 years of age) around 21:50, and did not pay the amount.

2. Definating;

A. On December 1, 2015, at around 21:50 on December 1, 2015, the Defendant insultingd the police officer, who was a victim, to the police officer of the Sungdong Police Station E box affiliated with the Sungdong Police Station, who was reported to pay the drinking value at the place specified in paragraph (1) and called “C franch franch, bitch f bitch bitch bitch,” thereby openly insulting the victim F.

나. 피고인은 2015. 12. 1. 22:10경부터 22:45경 까지 화성시 G에 있는 E파출소에서 C이 보는 앞에서 "니들 두고 보자, 씨벌새끼!, 니들 배때지 창자를 훌튼다!, 나 크게 잘못된게 없어 개새끼야!"라고 하는 등 큰소리로 말하여 경찰관인 경위 H, 순경 F 등을 공연히 모욕하였다.
